As it is now known that every year we remember the 1994 tutsi genocide in Rwanda , Kagarama secondary school also has had the time to remember the 1994 tutsi genocide this was organized by the AERG  Kagarama secondary school. they organized and made a walk to remember going to nyanza memorial site. Kagarama secondary school  had the walk to remember with all the students who study at Kagarama secondary school.

after the walk to remember, the students headed back to kagarama secondary school where the remembrance continued.
